Here is the link to We travel's official site, where you can browse maps for your offline gps software. Here you choose maps, copy them to your mobile phone, in the we travel application setup it, so it uses them on navigation, and that is it.

Note that not all of maps of countries are the same quality. Some of them are elaborated almost like Garmin's maps, but there are countries which have really poorly finished maps, but you can try even you have for your country a great map.
Even you can download a map pack, for example when I was going to holiday in Croatia, I downloaded map calles Adria, where is besides Croatia other countries, like Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia, Montenegro.
